Banff Airporter

Planning a wedding in Banff? Let us make your guests’ journey one less thing to worry about. Banff Airporter has been connecting Calgary International Airport with Banff/Canmore since 1997. With 22 daily departures, your guests can choose the shuttle time that works best with their individual travel plans and enjoy a comfortable ride straight to the mountains. No parking stress, or winter road conditions to worry about. For Banff & Canmore weddings with 50 or more guests, we can provide an exclusive 15% discount code for your wedding guests to use when booking their transportation. Looking to cover transportation for your guests instead? We can also create custom promo codes that allow the couple to cover all or a portion of their guests' shuttle costs. It's an easy way to include airport transportation as part of your wedding experience while still allowing each guest to book the shuttle that works best for them. Your guests will also have the flexibility that comes with travelling with Banff Airporter, including free booking changes, full refunds when cancelled at least one hour before departure, and flight monitoring to help accommodate delays. From the moment your guests land in Calgary, we'll help make their journey to your Rocky Mountain wedding simple.
