User Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WedCanada (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Platinum Express Business & Lifestyle Services, operating as WedCanada ("WedCanada," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Platform Nature and Role

WedCanada is a technology platform and marketplace facilitator that enables connections between wedding vendors and couples.

WedCanada:

• Provides a platform for vendors to advertise and showcase services
• Allows couples to search, discover, and communicate with vendors
• Facilitates introductions and communication between users

WedCanada is not a party to any Agreement or transaction between users and does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of any vendor or couple.

3. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

WedCanada is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose
• Post false, deceptive, or inaccurate information
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct
• Transmit spam, unsolicited promotions, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality
• Copy, scrape, or exploit Platform data without permission

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access at our sole discretion.

5. Vendor and Couple Relationships

WedCanada acts solely as a neutral platform provider.

WedCanada does not:

• Guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of vendor services
• Verify all vendor credentials, licensing, or representations
• Guarantee bookings, inquiries, or business outcomes
• Participate in negotiations, Agreements, or transactions

All agreements are entered into directly between vendors and couples, and both parties assume full responsibility for due diligence, Agreement negotiation, payment terms, and service delivery.

6. Payments and Transactions

WedCanada does not process or facilitate payments between vendors and couples unless explicitly stated. All financial transactions are conducted independently between users. WedCanada is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds or cancellations, or financial losses or damages.

7. Platform Availability and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WedCanada makes no warranties or representations regarding continuous or uninterrupted access, accuracy or completeness of content, or reliability or performance of the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WedCanada and Platinum Express Business & Lifestyle Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities; vendor or couple actions, omissions, or conduct; or disputes, cancellations, or failed transactions. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedCanada and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any disputes between you and other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including branding, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to WedCanada and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. By uploading content, you grant WedCanada a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for operational and promotional purposes.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behavior, non-payment of vendor fees, or conduct that may harm the Platform or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using WedCanada, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
